5 cups sliced peaches
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup butter
cinnamon
nutmeg

Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg on peaches. Toss. Place in shallow dish. Mix sugar, flour, and egg to a crumb-like texture. Pour over peaches. Melt butter and drizzle over crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
