everyone's favorite aphrodisiac: honey

The word honeymoon derives from our favorite aphrodisiac honey. In ancient english tradition newleyweds would eat only honey and sip only mead - a beer like brew made with hoeny and spices - for an entire month. This was their first moon together.

Honey Dressing

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon fresh herb

Combine vinegar and honey. When ready to serve, drizzle 2 to 3 Tablespoons vinegar mixture, oil and herb over salad of your choice.
